What We Offer
- Manage Complex Service Delivery Ecosystems: Oversee ecosystems involving multiple suppliers for hardware, licenses, spare parts, access lines, and field services across various time zones.
- Rollout Management: Coordinate and manage rollout activities between customers, suppliers, and technicians.
- Quotation Management: Handle budgetary and firm quotations, including resource procurement for hardware, licenses, spare parts, support, and ancillary services from multiple suppliers.
- Order Validation: Receive and pre-validate customer service orders to prevent delays.
- Rollout Planning: Prepare, review, and update rollout plans with customers, and keep all stakeholders informed on delivery status.
- On-Site Coordination: Coordinate the on-site installation of service components and manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Service Activation: Activate, test, document, and hand over services to customer and operations teams.
- Service Announcement: Announce “Ready for Service” (RfS) to the customer
- Performance Reviews: Conduct periodic reviews of supplier delivery KPIs and performance.
